Alternative Dispute Resolution
Under Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity for consumer disputes (ADR). The official list of ADR entities authorised in Portugal is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.
For any issue relating to a purchase made on our website, customers should first contact us at support@weareseri.com, so that we can try to resolve the matter quickly and amicably.
Consumers may refer the dispute to the competent ADR entity according to the applicable territorial scope. The official list of authorised ADR entities in Portugal is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.
