This website is operated by SÈRI, the trade name of Ana Maria Novais, Unipessoal Lda.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SÈRI.
By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you should not use this website or place an order through it.
2. Online Store Terms
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor to violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to the website whenever necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms.
3. Products and Availability
SÈRI offers premium activewear designed and produced in Portugal.
We make every effort to display product information, images, colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device will be completely accurate.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or update product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping
We ship to mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as to countries within the European Union.
Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier responsible for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, whenever available, a tracking code.
For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us at support@weareseri.com before placing an order.
6. Exchanges and Returns
Under Portuguese legislation applicable to online commerce, customers have 14 days after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and include the original tags and packaging.
To start an exchange or return process, please contact us at support@weareseri.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defect or shipping error.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to become available in your account.
8. Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data collected through this website may be used to process orders, manage customer accounts, provide customer support, improve the website experience and fulfil legal obligations.
